Théodorine provides the fruitiness of Meunier and the floral touches from Chardonnay combined with the density of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Its personality is revealed in a delicate pink colour. This champagne releases a pleasant bitterness, whose red fruits notes will be perfect with desserts and aperitifs such as grapefruit, melon or prawns.

This cuvee is an enjoyment with arugula salad, parmesan cheese or lobster.

The Chardonnay plots dominate and follow the river flow. Thus, white grapes draw in chalky marls unrivalled minerality and are without imperfection.
